PROJECT INFO:

A club created at CSULB with the intent of fostering in-demand skills for the video-game industry. I designed the branding identity and assisted in the development of a free video-games: The Last Arrow as Logo/UI Artist. Click on the above links to view a breakdown of my work. CONCEPT BREAKDOWN:

The main idea for this logo was to communicate the idea of BUILDING video-games. By combining the iconography of the controller with 8-bit pixel art, I was able to convey such an expression.

BRANDING GUIDELINES:

  • Orange & dark grey were used primarily to differentiate it before other video-game development.
    • Orange: #ff8400  |  RGB: 255, 132, 0  |  CMYK: 0, 59, 100, 0
    • Grey: #3d3d3d  |  RGB: 61, 61, 61  |  68, 61, 60, 49
  • BankGothic Lt Bt is used as the main font for the logo.
